Terms of Use

These terms are effective from January 1, 2026.
These are the rules of using XPT. We tried to write them like a human wrote them, not a lawyer. If anything is unclear, ask us — iweaver@iweaver.ai — and we'll explain.
1. The service
XPT is an uncensored AI chat platform. We give you direct, honest answers on topics other assistants refuse to touch, powered by a mix of our self-hosted models and best-in-class third-party models you can pick between. Features include chat, image analysis, document reading, transcription, mind maps, charts, and image generation. We're built for people who want an AI that helps instead of one that lectures.
2. Your account
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share your password. Use a strong one. • One person, one account. Accounts are not transferable. • You must be at least 13 years old to use XPT. If you're between 13 and 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian. • Provide accurate information when signing up. If it changes, update it. • If someone else uses your account (with or without your permission), you are responsible for what they do.
3. Acceptable use
XPT doesn't censor your conversations. That does not mean XPT is a tool with no rules. You may not use XPT to: • Generate, request, or distribute sexual content involving minors (CSAM). Zero tolerance, no exceptions. • Plan or coordinate real-world violence against identifiable people or groups. • Produce instructions for weapons capable of mass casualties (biological, chemical, nuclear, radiological). • Run automated attacks, credential stuffing, spam campaigns, or scraping at a scale that harms the service. • Impersonate a real person to defraud someone else. • Do anything that violates the laws of the jurisdiction you're operating in. "Uncensored" means we defend your right to explore difficult ideas, dark themes, adult creative writing, controversial opinions, and topics mainstream AI refuses. It does not mean we tolerate content designed to cause real-world harm.
4. Content ownership
• Your prompts: you own them. We only use them to generate a response and (in Personal mode) store them for your own future access. • AI outputs: you own the outputs of your prompts, subject to third-party model providers' terms when those models generated the output. You can use outputs for personal or commercial purposes. • Our platform: XPT branding, code, and interface designs belong to us. Don't copy them and don't misrepresent your product as ours. • Third-party content: if you attach files or content that isn't yours, you confirm you have the right to use it.
5. Disclaimer
XPT is a tool. It is powered by large language models that make mistakes. • AI output can be wrong, out of date, biased, or fabricated. Verify anything important. • XPT is not a substitute for professional advice. Do not use it as your only source for medical decisions, legal filings, financial trades, therapy, or anything where accuracy matters. • We provide XPT "as is" without warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a specific purpose, to the extent allowed by law. • You are responsible for how you use XPT's output. If you copy an AI-generated answer straight into a life-changing decision, that is on you, not on XPT.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not promise 100% uptime. Things that can interrupt service: • Planned maintenance (we announce ahead of time when possible). • Emergency fixes for security issues. • Third-party outages (cloud provider, upstream models). • Force majeure — earthquakes, cable cuts, government block, etc. If service is significantly disrupted for a paid subscriber, we credit or refund on a case-by-case basis.
7. Payment, subscriptions, and refunds
• Subscriptions: monthly or yearly, auto-renewing until you cancel. • Billing: charged in advance for each period. Currency and price shown at checkout. • Cancellation: cancel any time from your billing page. Access continues until the current paid period ends. • Refunds: full refund within 7 days of your first purchase, no questions asked. After that, we handle refunds case by case — legitimate issues (billing errors, service unavailability) get refunded; "I changed my mind after using it for 3 weeks" doesn't. • Price changes: we notify you 30 days before any price change for existing subscribers. • Failed payments: we retry a few times. If they keep failing, your subscription downgrades to the free tier and your data remains intact.
8. Intellectual property
• The XPT name, logo, and design belong to us. • The source code and infrastructure of XPT belong to us. We may release parts as open source; if we do, those parts are governed by their respective licenses. • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use XPT for its intended purpose while these terms are in effect. • You may not reverse engineer, clone, or rebrand XPT as your own product.
9. Account termination
You can delete your account at any time from account settings. We can suspend or terminate your account if you: • Violate the Acceptable Use section — especially the zero-tolerance items. • Attempt to circumvent our security or abuse discovery. • Chargeback or fraudulently dispute payments. • Repeatedly violate other parts of these terms after warning. For first-time or minor violations, we warn before terminating. For zero-tolerance violations (CSAM, mass-casualty weapon instructions), we terminate immediately and, where legally required, report to authorities.
10. Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our operating entity is registered. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise. Before filing a formal claim, please contact us at iweaver@iweaver.ai — most issues can be resolved directly and faster than through legal process.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as XPT evolves. When we make material changes, we notify subscribers by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect and post the updated version here. Continuing to use XPT after the effective date means you accept the new terms. If you don't accept them, delete your account before the effective date.
